The Point Venture Residence, a custom home built for James and Debbie Bratton, is a beautiful Mediterranean-themed lake house. Built on a steep grade, the residence is on the upper floor, and the lower floor is devoted to boat storage, basement, and a raquetball court. It includes a custom, artist-designed entry gate, spanish tile roof, an outdoor kitchen pavillion, and a full back patio capturing the lakeside view.
